Meet our new Business Development Consultant, Michelle Letherby
Introducing another member to our team, Michelle Letherby joins us as Business Development Consultant. With years of experience under her belt and in only a few weeks, Michelle is already discovering new leads and sourcing potential new work for PDR.
We asked Michelle what enticed her about working at PDR and this is what she had to say, “After 20 years in recruitment in a fast-paced and highly targeted environment, working in both Australia and throughout the UAE, I was ready for a change of industry and pace. The creative environment really appealed to me and in this role, I have an opportunity to utilise my skills from sourcing new business opportunities to building those long-term relationships. It is also very exciting to work in an environment that sees ideas brought to life."

Michelle Letherby | Business Development Consultant | PDR
Michelle’s role isn’t your typical 9-5, she is always out meeting new clients and networking or jetting off to exhibitions and shows. When Michelle is in the office, her day involves a combination of meetings, researching the market, and sourcing new work “My role is to bring in new leads and build our network that will provide PDR with new work and clients. At the moment, I am working closely with our Business Development Manager, Anthony McAllister on putting together proposals and tenders.
So, what are Michelle’s thoughts on the team and culture? “The team has been extremely welcoming and warm. I’m used to working in a fast-paced, highly stressful environment, whereas this is a much more relaxed environment! I am in awe at how phenomenally creative and talented everyone is - it’s inspiring and exciting to watch.”
Outside of work, you’ll find Michelle spending time with her family, with her three children always keeping her on her toes from Vaulting, Acting and Gymnastics. "When I do have some free time, my ideal weekend would be a relaxing one with a nice walk, some good food, and maybe the odd yoga class or sauna.”
The warmest of welcomes goes to Michelle from all of us here at PDR. We are delighted to have you on board!
